A single agent can turn on their market and start signing up buyers through a one agent account. Brokers can turn on an entire office with the service and start differentiating their firm from the competition. The following features are included in both Mobile Agent accounts.

Search by Text Message (SMS)

Pull up to a home for sale, send a text message with the property ADDRESS, STREET NAME + ZIP, MLS#, NEIGHBORHOOD NAME and get details within seconds. Mobile Agent automatically retrieves the best results and instantly sends them to the user. No guesswork is required.

View complete Details via the Mobile Internet

Click on a unique link to get mobile access to photos, detailed descriptions and contact information provided on every home listed on the market. Contact information of the sponsoring agent or brokerage is provided - not the competition's.

Interactive Menu

Once the property information is delievered, buyers have options.

A) Request a SHOWING/CALL BACK from their sponsoring agent. If used by the Buyer, the agent gets notified in seconds with a text message so they can contact their buyer directly.
B) INFO by TEXT for phones without mobile internet access.
C) Get COMPARABLE Listings (COMPS) for similar homes and prices near the subject property.
D) PHOTOS to CELL in the event the phone cannot access a mobile website to see photos.

Property Site - every property on the local market has a mobile web page for easy access to detailed descriptions, property information and the complete set of available photos.

Online Access via Admin Tool

Brokers and Agents can login to view activity for all their users. Every time a property is viewed, the system logs the address so agents can view what properties and areas are hot - all on Google® Maps. In addition, buyers can easily be added or deleted using the site. Within the "Profile" tab, the Agent or Broker can also add/change their photo or logo, link their account to FACEBOOK or TWITTER, select mobile keywords for use in marketing efforts and edit all sponsoring information. Finally, agents can manage their listings and CellSigns Listing codes.

CellSigns Property Marketing System

Built into Mobile Agent™ is the ability for each agent to create a Mobile Agent ID. This ID is an unique identifier for that agent. For example, Sally Smith can reserve her name "SallySmith" as her Mobile Agent ID (if available) and then has the ability to use her name to promote sign ups from buyers who text her ID to the system. In addition, she can sign up to have 10 codes created for her listings. The IDX/RETS data feed automatically keeps each agent's listing data up-to-date and automated - the agent just selects a code for that listing and puts the CellSigns yard sign or sign rider on that property. *Please note - codes are printed based on the Mobile Agent Keyword the agent selects and will ship with the signs ordered by the agent or broker.

Website Widget

Every Mobile Agent account (Broker and Agent version) includes a special website widget that can be placed on the broker or agent's site using only two lines of code. Once incorporated on the website, web visitors can sign up for an account or log-in to the system to see their activity.

Grassroots Marketing

The Mobile Agent system works well with all word-of-mouth campaigns. Use a "How To" card to promote sign ups.
