AGENT ADMIN

Within the agent admin, an agent can manage Clients/Buyers, Listings, Profile information and view client's Activity. From the home page, view recent activity from active buyers view recent activity with one click.
  1. CLIENTS – in this section, an agent can add, edit or remove a buyer. Access information such as the date they joined, and the number of searches and activity.
  2. ACTIVITY – every time a client accesses property information, the listing is saved in the client's account activity. The properties then can be viewed on Google® Maps.
  3. LISTINGS – assign and manage mobile Listing IDs for an agent’s active listings.
  4. PROFILE – agents can add a special photo for their branded WAP (Mobile Internet Site). Copy & paste a few lines of code and put a widget on the agent's website, blog or social networking site. Buyers can then login from the widget or new buyers can sign up and be directly assigned to the agent's Mobile Agent account. To learn more about a widget, visit Wikipedia


ADD NEW CLIENT

Agents can be added to the system by the broker (depending on the broker's plan). Click on "Add Agent" and complete the form. Specific information is required when creating new agent accounts including the agent's mobile number and MLS/IDX ID (the number assigned to the agent through the MLS).


CLIENT ACTIVITY

View all your clients in one place. By accessing the activity page, search by name or phone number, search dates and average search price. Search details can also be accessed by each client. Click on the client's name and view their details… on Google® Maps


PROPERTY DETAILS

Listing details for each visited property are available to view in the admin tool. Click on the "view details" to access the property information in a pop-up window. This will create a view of the information the same way it's viewed on your cell phone. Scroll down to see complete details including: address (if available), beds, baths, price, taxes, interior square footage, a description and photos (if available)


LISTINGS

A fully automated MLS data feed posts each agent’s listings within 24 hours of being listed on the MLS. A special mobile LISTING ID can then be assigned to each listing. Use the LISTING ID with special CellSigns yard signs or riders to provide listing information to home buyers at the point-of-sale (at the agent’s listing), in print advertising and other marketing. Attract new buyers to your Mobile Agent service directly from your advertising.


PROFILE

Update personal information including uploading a new photo. The agent photo is displayed on the WAP (Mobile Internet site) every time a buyer accesses the agent's pages.

Choose your Mobile Agent ID. Your Mobile Agent ID can be selected from available "keywords". This ID can be used in print on your business card or on your website. When a buyer tex's your Mobile Agent ID, the buyer’s account is created and assigned to your account automatically. Choose carefully - once your ID is selected and saved, it is locked in the system and cannot be changed.


WEBSITE WIDGET

Easily integrate the widget on your company / agent / blog / social / personal website. Generate new leads from your site. Clients can also log in with their cell phone number and PIN. To insert on your website, copy the 2-3 lines of code in your PROFILE and paste them on each webpage(s). Each widget is tagged with the agent’s ID so new buyers are assigned directly to the agent.
