BUYER LOGIN
Brokers and Agents can login to view activity for all their users. Every time a property is viewed, the system logs the address so the agent can view what properties and areas are hot - all on Google® Maps. In addition, new buyers can easily be added or deleted with the site. Within the "Profile" tab, the user can also add/change the agent's photo, select a mobile keyword for use in marketing efforts and edit all sponsoring information. Finally, the agent can manage their listings and CellSigns yard sign /rider codes.

ACTIVITY
View activity for homes you access on your cell phone while driving around neighborhoods. As soon as the property information is requested, the listing will appear in the activity page. Only individual listings will be displayed. Please note - if a general search is performed, results of the search are not displayed until one of the listings is selected.

PROPERTY DETAILS
Listing details for each visited property are available to view in the admin tool. Click on the "view details" to access the property information in a pop-up window. This will create a view of the information the same way it's viewed on your cell phone. Scroll down to see complete details including: address (if available), beds, baths, price, taxes, interior square footage, a description and photos (if available)

BUYER PROFILE
Update personal information including name, mobile number, PIN and email address. While an email address is not required, it does provide additional access to the Mobile Agent service.
