BROKER ADMIN

The Broker Admin incorporates all the functionality of the Agent Admin with a few additions. The broker account adds another classification of users – called Leads. A lead is a client who is not assigned to an agent. A lead is created from Broker-generated advertising such as print advertising, registrations from broker listings and the website widget. Leads are managed within the admin tool and their activity can be accessed. Once the lead is ready to be assigned to an agent, the broker assigns the lead to the agent and the agent is notified of the new client via text message. The lead then moves into the Broker’s Client list and can be accessed by the agent in their admin.


ADD AGENT

Agents can be added to the system by the broker (depending on the broker's plan). Click on "Add Agent" and complete the form. Specific information is required when creating new agent accounts including the agent's mobile number and MLS/IDX ID (the number assigned to the agent through the MLS).


BROKER PROFILE

In the Boker Profile, the firm may update bsuiness information including phone numbers and email addresses along with MLS information. In addition, the Broker’s logo can be uploaded through the profile so that every time a lead or client views a WAP (Mobile Internet site) the brokerage is branded. This logo is also displayed on agent’s registered through the brokerage account.


WEBSITE WIDGET

Easily integrate the widget on your brokerage / blog / social / website. Generate new leads from your site. Clients can also log in with their cell phone number and PIN. Easy-to-use instructions can also be accessed by your clients through the widget. To learn more about a widget, visit Wikipedia

To insert on your website, copy the 2-3 lines of code in your PROFILE and paste them on each webpage(s). Each widget is tagged with the broker’s ID so new buyers are assigned directly to the broker as a client (to be assigned by the broker to an agent).
